Richmond, May 17th, 1862.
NOTICE – The necessary hospital arrangements for the sick and wounded cannot be completed for the want of two mechanics; and the wants of the sick cannot be met for the want of a few attendants. I will be much indebted to any one who will aid me in this most important duty. I require eight competent servants and one cook, on bricklayer, and one plumber.
