From the Richmond Dispatch, 5/13/1863, p. 1, c. 7
Miscellaneous. – None of the Courts were in session yesterday, having adjourned soon after the hour of meeting without transacting any business.
About 10 o’clock yesterday several thousand Yankee prisoners were brought to Richmond. The majority of those now here have been quartered on Bell Isle, and will go away as soon as transports can be had.
