11/30/1863 11/1/1863:    Paid $40 for 2 months room rent from the 1st Sept 1863 to date @ $20 per month. McCaw signs. (p. 5)

12/30/1863 1/1/1864:      Paid $40 for 2 months room rent from 1st Nov/63 to date @ $20. McCaw and Habersham sign. Pember signs as “Phebe Y. Pember” (p. 9)

2/6/1864 2/1/1864:          Paid $30 for 1 months room rent from 1st Jany 64 to date @ $30. “No qrs” McCaw, Wm. E. Warren and Habersham sign. (p. 11)

4/18/1864 3/1/1864:        Paid $30 for “commutation of 1 months room rent for month of Feby 1864.” “No qrs.” McCaw signs. (p. 13)

4/21/1864 4/1/1864:        Paid $30 for 1 months commutation for room rent for month of March 1864. “No quarters” Winder and McCaw sign. (p. 15)

5/5/1864 5/1/1864:          Paid $30 for 1 months commutation for room rent for month of April 1864. “No quarters” Winder and McCaw sign. (p. 17)

6/24/1864 6/1/1864:        Paid $30 for 1 months commutation for room rent for month of May 1864. McCaw and Parkhill sign. Pember signs as “Phebe Y. Pember” (p. 19)

8/5/1864 8/1/1864:          Paid $30 for 1 months commutation for room rent for month of July 1864. McCaw and Carrington sign. (p. 21 & 35) “M. D. A. Sept. 9, 64. Returned to Surgeon McCaw for examination and report. It is reported that the signature to the recept is not that of P. Y. Pember, and this or that previously sent to this office are forged, as they do not agree. Wm. A. Carrington, Med. Director.” (p. 20) “res. Retd.
