LIBBY PRISON COLLAPSING.

RICHMOND, Va., April 21. – One of three tenements composing the building known as Libby Prison, used during the late war for keeping Federal prisoners, collapsed to-night from overburdened floors. The building is occupied by the Southern Fertilizing Company, and the collapsed tenement was used for the storage of fertilizers. The damage to stock and building is likely to reach $10,000.
