YANKEE DESERTERS. - Thirty one Yankee deserters, having expressed a desire to be considered prisoners of war, were yesterday sent from Castle Thunder to the Libby, and will be forwarded to Yankee land by the first Flag of Truce boat that Butler permits to come to City Point.
