Yankee Officers. – The following Yankee officers have reached here in the last two or three days, and are now safely quartered at the Libby prison: Major E. M. Pope, 8th N. Y. cavalry; Major C. Farnsworth, 1st Connecticut cavalry; Adj't M. R. Small, 6th Maryland infantry; 1st Lt. Ed. Porter, 6th Michigan cavalry; and 2d Lieuts. E. T. Hammond, Ringgold Battalion; S. P. Gamble, 63d Pennsylvania; J. C. Norcross, 2d Mass. cavalry and J. H. Kellog, 6th Michigan cavalry; Major J. B. Haustin, 132d New York. Five hundred and twelve commissioned officers are now in our hands, exclusive of 21 surgeons and 9 chaplains.
