MARYLAND HOSPITAL. - We regret to hear that this hospital is not so well attended to as it should be. The supply of nurses is said to be inadequate, and being all, or nearly all, hired nurses, they are less careful of the patients than other nurses. Our authority for this statement is an officer of the Maryland Artillery, now absent from this city, who visited the hospital in search of a friend. The Maryland refugees in this city are very numerous, and we feel sure that they need but a hint to remedy all defects of the Maryland Hospital at once. Perhaps if the hospital were moved higher up town, within easy reach of the Maryland ladies, there would no longer be any cause for complaint.
