New Lodgings. – It is contemplated on this week to remove all of the prisoners at present confined in the guard-house, on Franklin street, and in Castle Godwin, to the large tobacco factory of Mr. Wm. Greanor, on Cary, between 18th and 19th streets. As the Assistant Provost Marshal will doubtless move his office there also, he will be enabled to have all his subjects under more complete control than at present.
