Arrested. - On Wednesday last, by order of Gen. Winder, a number of loafers and men of leisure, who were in the habit of daily infesting the corner of 14th and Main streets, were taken up by the detectives of the Provost Marshal and conveyed to Castle Thunder and locked up by way of example. The parties alluded to were still in confinement yesterday.
