Personal. – Gens. J. E. B. Stuart and A. P. Hill were in Richmond yesterday. An account of their reception will be found in the proceedings of that body. Yesterday evening Gen Stuart was on the Capitol Square, witnessing the evolutions of the City Battalion, and afterwards visited Governor Letcher.
