Concluded – We have heretofore mentioned the fact that a committee of Congress had been charged with the duty of inquiring into the treatment of prisoners confined in Castle Thunder. The result of the labors of the committee was a report extolling the management of Capt. G. W. Alexander, the commandant of the post.
