Freak of the Fresh. - During the recent fresh[et] in James river, owing to the rapidity of the current, one of the sunken steamboats was turned completely around, whereupon the wheels of the boat commenced revolving as usual on her upward and downward trips on James river, to the amusement of the stalwart gunners, who stood by ready to dispute the enemy's passage upward with ball and powder. The revolutions of the wheel ceased when the down ward current lost its power.
