SOUTHERN MANUFACTURING INTERESTS. – Whilst there is a great prostration in the manufacturing establishments of the North and West, it is learned that a large share of prosperity is attending the manufacturing interests of some of the Southern States. The great Tredegar works at Richmond, Va., which were badly crippled by the panic, are again getting well under way, having recently received several large orders, one from Cuba being for a considerable number of railroad cars.
