City Circuit Court.
In this court yesterday the following business was done:
…A suit has been instituted in the City Circuit Court by Levi Mann’s administrators against the Tredegar Company. The damages are placed at $10,000. The cause of the suit was that about a month ago Levi Mann, a youth, met his death while at work at the Tredegar Works. A full report of the accident was published at the time.
