GOING NORTH. - Lazarus Long, Elijah Person, and J. Phillips, workmen at the Tredegar Iron Works, were arrested on Saturday, while trying to escape to the enemy's lines. They were committed to Castle Thunder, that common receptacle of the vicious, the disloyal and the suspected.
