Col. Hardee. – This accomplished officer has won the esteem of all who have become acquainted with him, during his sojourn here. – He is perfectly familiar with all the duties of a soldier, a thorough disciplinarian, and withal an agreeable gentleman in his intercourse with others. The gallant Colonel is entitled to the thanks of the public for coming here to instruct our troops in the art military.
