DIED

Of typhoid fever, at 12 o’clock on Saturday night, at the residence of his aunt, Mrs. Van Lew on Church Hill, H FRANKLIN BAKER, of the Pamunkey Artillery, aged 23 years, son of Wm A Baker, of Hanover county, formerly of Richmond.

“In war He shall redeem thee from the power of the sword.”

The friends of both families are invited to attend his funeral, at 10 o’clock this morning, from the residence of Mrs. Van Lew.
