ARRIVED. – The steamer Aleda arrived from Drewry’s Bluff yesterday, bringing up a detachment of the First Connecticut Heavy Artillery, which has been stationed at the Drewry’s Bluff defences for over two months. They are to be paid off here and sent home, their term of service having expired on Wednesday.
