A Success. – The hall over the First Market was beautifully decorated last night, on the occasion of the Southern Rights ball, which was a decided success, despite the drawbacks of rainy weather and bad walking. The proceeds of the ball are to be devoted to buying an immense flag of the Southern Confederacy which is to be placed in position near the old Market House.
