Prisoners of War. – We understand that the flag of truce steamer, with 240 released prisoners, under charge of detective officers Woodall and Clackner, will leave Richmond for Newport News on Friday morning. The Yankee Government having initiated this system of exchange, has doubtless come to regard the cause of the South as something more than that of a "people in rebellion." A few more "thrashings" will humble the crest of the American buzzard sufficiently, without any outside interference.

Two Federal soldiers, belonging to the 23d Pennsylvania regiment, were brought to this city yesterday morning. We learn that they were captured in the neighborhood of Leesburg.
