The Encampment. - A company of cavalry in Caroline county having signified an intention of coming to the encampment, there will be sixteen companies in the field on that occasion. The Governor's Guard and the Henrico Light Dragoons were parading yesterday on the old Fair Grounds, and were instructed in the various movements of squadron drill. The preparations for the encampment are attracting attention in other quarters of the country, and the result will prove that Virginia is not unmindful of her interests.
