Robbery in an Auction House. – During the progress of an auction at Robinson, Adams & Co.’s yesterday, Mr. Alonzo Harrison, of Farmville, was relieved by some adroit thief of a pocket book containing six hundred dollars. The money was deposited in his breast coat pocket, and it is supposed that while suffering from excessive heat he threw his coat open and thereby exposed it to view.
