MAYOR'S COURT. – The Mayor was afflicted with but a slight attack of insignificant cases, on Saturday, the entire consisting of three darkey cases for offenses common to the color. Milly, a slave of Mrs. Agnes Bigelow, was ordered ten lashes for having no pass and trespassing upon Mrs. E. Hancock. Lucy, a slave of W. H. Leech, was ordered ten for trespassing on the property of Mrs. E. Taylor. Milton, a slave, was ordered fifteen for stealing two surgical instruments belonging to Dr. C. B. Gibson.
