Habeas Corpus Case. – Dr. Wm. P. Rucker, of Allegheny county, confined in the military prison of this city, charged with treason, murder, arson, and various other offences, was yesterday carried before Judge Meredith, of the Circuit-Court, on habeas corpus, asking his discharge. The application was continued till four o'clock this evening. Rucker was conducted back to prison under guard.
