From the Richmond Dispatch, 8/6/1863

No Charge. - Jacob Willis, an invalid soldier, was sent under guard to the Mayor's Court yesterday, from Castle Thunder, to be taken in charge of by the police; but as no accusation accompanied him he was returned. Willis stated that he had been taken from Camp Winder to the Castle for no cause that he knew of, and could not tell why he had been sent to the Mayor.
