Charged with Forgery – A man named Samuel W. Wylvill was arrested yesterday and put in the military prison for forgery of soldiers’ papers. He will be tried before the Confederate States District Court. Wyvill was formerly a Lieutenant in an artillery company, formerly doing duty on Belle Island during the occupancy by the Yankees, and afterwards disbanded.
